We are looking for someone who is passionate about production and product compliance. In this role, you will be supporting our product team through working closely with our stakeholders and vendors to ensure that our products are compliant with vendor guidelines and regulations. We are looking for a forward thinking, self-sufficient team player who is looking to be an integral part of a global production team and support our wider product team. What You’ll Do:


  • Ownership of test report management for production, communicating daily with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Managing all invoices for testing and producing reconciliation reports.
  • Forecasting future costs and highlighting areas which require improvement.
  • Managing vendor compliance documents, including vetting and completing compliance for new and current suppliers and factories.
  • Supporting the production department with keeping up to date with new laws, legislation and regulations regarding importing goods.
  • Updating and maintaining vendor guidelines on a regular basis.
  • Attend cross-department meetings to conduct risk analysis and build compliance into products before production.
  • Approve garment care labels and product labelling.
  • A passion for continuous improvement in sustainability, with an aim to achieve better production practices.

Bonus If You:


  • Have an affinity for the alternative fashion industry.
  • Have previous experience of working within product compliance or production.
  • Have previously worked with overseas factories. 
  • Have experience of working within the fashion industry and have previous exposure to all stages of the product life cycle.



Work Hours and Location:


This role will be based on a hybrid working arrangement at our Brighton Studio.


This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am – 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
