I’m unsure on if it was simply delivery or killstars own bad packaging of this product. For starters the product is gorgeous, the moths are metal and extremely sturdy, they are a lovely addition to my bedroom.
However on the day I chose to put them up I sat for 45 minutes untangling a massive knot in the chains. Having to take moths off their links and put them back to unknot some more complex parts.
Everything I’ve bought from killstar has always been beautifully and safely packaged but sadly the tangling was an issue for me.

This was a lovely way of separating rooms in my exposed bathroom to my cottage, while tying in the forest views. They’re much longer than I imagined and quite the entanglement of chains so I would leave their generous packaging together until it’s hung or you’ll be caught haha.

I fell in love with the design but to my surprise and delight the moths were metal! Tangling was not an issue either. They're so beautiful to look at and definitely add a lot to the bare void that is my living room.
