Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey every step of the way. Delivery times may run a little longer during sale periods, drops, or public holidays, simply down to higher order volumes, so if your parcel's taking its time, that's usually why.
If something's not quite right when your order arrives, wrong size, wrong item, or you've just had a change of heart — you've got 14 days from delivery to send it back. Head to our returns portal, pop in your order number, and we'll guide you through the rest. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days of your return reaching us.
