"The embroidery is very nice. The fabric is too plasticy, the quality doesn't feel that high. The main thing is that it feels way too thin, this also mean that they going to feel literally like a second skin. Buy it only if you are okay with that. They are long, for reference I bought the XXL and I am 175cm, but they are the perfect length with platform on. They are see through, on me!"
"I want to start by saying i do love these pants, they're comfortable and the material is lovely. However: 1) these pants are incredibly long. They were designed for someone 6' tall. I'm 5'2 and the amount of material that pools at my feet is absurd. I have to get these altered which is going to be a nightmare because of the embroidered design location. There's nearly a full foot of material that needs to be removed in order for me to wear these. As a shorter person I do expect to need to hem 2-4" when i buy pants but the nearly 12" and the fact the length was not disclosed on the site is wild. If there weren't so many reviews calling out the brand for being a nightmare with returns i'd just do that instead. 2) they did not provide any information for the fact that, when shipping to US, it would take much longer than 7-14 days (nearly a month!) As they had to be shipped to a distribution center in the US and then shipped out from there."

"Customer service was terrible. I had to try contacting twice myself just to get some sort of update on the delivery process. First message I never received a response but I got a shipment label notification made nearly a month after I made my purchase. Only on the second message did I receive any sort of explanation for the neglect of notice & long shipment process. Not only that but my pleated pants that I ordered in a size XS arrived as a size M. So there’s that too. I waited this long to even open the package because I was that frustrated after finally receiving it."

"As much as I love the fabric, I have to say that I hate that Killstar decided to took away from us POCKETS and do trousers which are good ONLY with platforms. . . I'm 168cm high, so not the shortest, and there's no chance in this world that I can wear them with normal shoes. And pockets. . . Most of their new trousers are pocket less. So if you're wearing only platforms - get them, they're very comfy. But if you're fan of comfy, flat shoes - don't."
