Ecliptic Stom Flat Shoe

"Customer service was terrible. I had to try contacting twice myself just to get some sort of update on the delivery process. First message I never received a response but I got a shipment label notification made nearly a month after I made my purchase. Only on the second message did I receive any sort of explanation for the neglect of notice & long shipment process. Not only that but my pleated pants that I ordered in a size XS arrived as a size M. So there’s that too. I waited this long to even open the package because I was that frustrated after finally receiving it."

Small and heavy

"I got my usual size 9, but they were too small and pinched my toes. The sole seems too heavy to get a size 10 as they would just slide off my heel so these didn’t work out for me, disappointing. Had to pay $20 to ship them back to returns : ("

Fell apart after a few wears

"I wanted to get these for work, and based on other reviews I started wearing them around the house and for grocery shopping to break them in a little. After 1. 5 weeks the sole of one shoe started to peel off completely. Very disappointing, and since I got them on sale, there is no way for me to return them so I wasted a bunch of money on technically garbage. I will definitely never buy Killstar shoes again. Also since the sole is so heavy and there is not much support on the top part of the shoe, walking is a little awkward and takes time to get used to, which I didn‘t have since they fell apart."

Good shoes, not as good as their older stuff though.

"I'm pretty partial to Killstar's shoes. They last for eons and are quite comfortable. I do wish they had in-between sizes as 8 is a bit too big and a 7 is a bit too small for me. It just doesn't feel as solid as their old pieces. It doesn't feel like I need to wear it in like I have their other pieces. Still quite nice and chunky nonetheless."
