Mysterious Soul Dress

This dress zips up at the back at gets stuck at the back of the neck a bit. It's also pretty thin, I was gonna wear nip covers with it but you could see the outlines so I got a strapless stick on bra that works well, but another problem, there's another layer of fabric on the inside that seems like it would've covered the chest? Like to make it thicker, but it's so short it ends half way down my tatas and you can just see a line across them where the fabric ends, honestly it's terrible design on the inside so I might just cut it out cause it folds over and moves around. Apart from this the dress is pretty and super stretchy. There is an ugly seam below the chest that I cover with a belt, just looks super cheap otherwise.
