Love the design

"The shoes are stunning. The material is of great quality. I'm in Love with the design. I really love the look of these shoes. So much so that when wearing them for the first time one of the shoelace loop broke, Killstar offer me a gift card or a replacement, I decided for a replacement and gave it another chance. So far no problem with the new pair. I think I wore the wrong material socks the first time because I did get some blisters. I wore different material sock with my second pair and nothing happened. I'm very happy with these."

Poorly made or just unlucky

"Poorly made or just unlucky with a faulty pair. The eyelets for the ribbon laces are so weak that they split before even being worn. Contacted killstar regarding a replacement and yet to hear back from the company"

Love them.

"At first I have got blisters and couldn’t wear them for days. Very hard material. But anyone who wore dr. Martens boots knows the feeling. After few days no blisters even comfortable."

Break Easily

"While these shoes are absolutely gorgeous, I have to recommend against them. I've had 2 pairs that broke when laced almost immediately. First pair I returned for a refund thinking it could be a bad batch, the second pair held up for 1 wear and then also broke. I was VERY cautious about lacing but they still broke with only the laces tight enough to keep them on."

Extremely disappointed

"I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these shoes. They were bought as a very special gift for someone who had been dreaming about owning something this unique for over two years. The excitement lasted exactly until we opened the box. Right out of the packaging, one of the shoes had broken lace loops/eyelets, making it impossible to properly lace up or wear. This was not damage caused by use - it arrived broken. Fixing it is not simple either, especially considering the price and reputation of the brand. We tried to overlook the issue because this gift meant so much emotionally and decided to give the shoes a chance anyway. Unfortunately, things only got worse. After minimal wear, the sole started wearing down at an unbelievable rate - literally like an eraser rubbing against paper. I have genuinely never seen footwear deteriorate this quickly. It is heartbreaking and honestly shocking that a dream brand like Killstar delivers quality that feels cheaper than random low-quality fast-fashion shoes. People buy products like this expecting durability, craftsmanship, and something special - not disappointment straight out of the box. This was supposed to be a dream gift. Instead, it turned into a huge letdown. Sadly, the quality does not match the image or price of the brand at all."

"Really nice and comfy shoe, although initially a little stiff on the heel and rubbed slightly, would recommend a plaster on the heel until they are worn in a bit. Look really nice on though."

First time I wore these

"First time I wore these shoes, I felt they are really tight, but then I tried again with super thin socks and that fit better. They look great with everything and the design adds charm to any outfit."

Unfortunate

"If I could leave no stars I would. I haven’t gotten to wear these because the second I tried to lace them up they laces broke off and they aren’t able to be worn. They are also so hard to walk in. Also I’ve tried to contact customer service and they haven’t responded in days. Very unhappy"
