"The fabric is so light that the skirt is close to see through in the back where it’s only one layer. It is quite short, even if you’re only 164 cm. I think I will feel most comfortable wearing it over hotpants or leggings. But it is cute, comfortable and easy adjustable. If the waistband doesn’t fit, the button can be moved or you can just tie it around your waist. There’s more than enough overlap of the fabric to keep the skirt from opening when you move."
