1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is KILLSTAR [Draco Distribution Ltd] (“KILLSTAR”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Promotion

The “Black Friday Gift Card Giveaway” (“Promotion”) is a free prize draw. Three (3) winners will be selected at random, one (1) from each eligible territory (US, UK, EU).

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents aged 18 or over in the eligible territories listed below, excluding employees of KILLSTAR, its group companies, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

Eligible territories:

• United States: the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
• United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
• European Union: All EU Member States except Italy.

All other territories are excluded. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by local law. KILLSTAR reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

4. Entry Period

The Promotion opens at 12:01 AM on 29 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM on 22 November 2026 (“Entry Period”) in the local time zone of each eligible territory: Eastern Time (ET) for the United States, Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) for the United Kingdom, and Central European Time (CET) for the European Union. Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.

5. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter.

United States: To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via official KILLSTAR sign-up forms, pop-ups, or landing pages during the Entry Period and confirm their subscription to KILLSTAR emails by clicking the link in the confirmation email. Entries are only valid once the subscription has been confirmed.

United Kingdom and European Union: To enter, participants must either (a) subscribe to KILLSTAR emails by submitting a valid email address via official KILLSTAR sign-up forms, pop-ups, or landing pages during the Entry Period; or (b) send an email to giveaway@killstar.com during the Entry Period with the subject “Black Friday Gift Card Giveaway” and their full name in the body of the email. The entry will be registered to the email address it is sent from, and this is the address KILLSTAR will use to contact the entrant if they win. Entering via option (b) does not subscribe an entrant to KILLSTAR marketing communications. Both methods of entry have an equal chance of winning.

Bonus Entry: In all eligible territories, entrants who have made a valid entry may receive one (1) additional entry by opting in to KILLSTAR SMS marketing messages via official KILLSTAR sign-up forms during the Entry Period.

Strictly limited to a maximum of two (2) entries per person: one (1) standard entry and one (1) SMS bonus entry. Entering via both option (a) and option (b) counts as one (1) standard entry. Registering multiple accounts, email addresses or phone numbers to gain extra entries is prohibited.

6. Marketing Communications

United States: Entry requires subscribing to KILLSTAR marketing emails. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time, and doing so will not affect their eligibility to win.

United Kingdom and European Union: Subscribing to KILLSTAR marketing emails is not required to enter, as entrants may enter by email instead (see Section 5). Choosing not to subscribe, or subsequently unsubscribing, will not affect an entrant’s eligibility to participate or win.

SMS: Opting in to SMS is optional and only required for the bonus entry. By opting in, entrants agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from KILLSTAR. Consent is not a condition of entry or purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Unsubscribing will not affect an entrant’s eligibility to win.

Personal data will be processed strictly in accordance with KILLSTAR’s Privacy Policy.

7. Prize

There will be three (3) winners, one (1) per eligible territory. Each winner will receive one (1) KILLSTAR gift card: £1,000 (United Kingdom), $1,000 (United States) or €1,000 (European Union), redeemable on the KILLSTAR website for the winner’s territory.

Prize Restrictions:

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift card is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to the prize under the laws of their country or territory of residence.

8. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries, including bonus entries, received from each eligible territory during the Entry Period. The random selection will be conducted following the close of the Entry Period.

9. Winner Notification

The winners will be contacted by the KILLSTAR Customer Experience (CX) team via the registered email address or phone number associated with their entry on or before 30 November 2026. Following initial contact, the CX team will issue the prize. KILLSTAR reserves the right to verify winner identity and eligibility. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to acknowledge the CX team’s communication within 72 hours of notification, KILLSTAR reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner. Following the Promotion, the first name and country of each winner will be available on request by emailing giveaway@killstar.com. Winners may object to this by contacting the same address.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with KILLSTAR’s Privacy Policy. Information required to administer the Promotion may be processed for managing entries, selecting and contacting winners, verifying eligibility, and fulfilling prizes.

11. Disqualification

KILLSTAR reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions, attempted to manipulate the Promotion, used automated means to enter, or submitted fraudulent information.

12. Changes to the Promotion

KILLSTAR reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control or where required by law.

13. Social Media & Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), or TikTok. By participating, entrants release all mentioned platforms from any liability related to the Promotion.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable in the entrant’s country or territory of residence.
