Win Your Wishlist 

1. Promoter: The promoter of this promotion is KILLSTAR [Dracto Distribution Ltd] (“KILLSTAR”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Promotion: The “Win Your Wishlist” promotion (“Promotion”) is a free prize draw. One winner will be selected at random for each eligible market (US, UK, EU).

3. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents aged 18 or over residing in the following eligible shipping destinations for each regional store: 

US ($ USD): United States, UK (£ GBP): England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Armenia, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Serbia EU (€ EUR): All EU Member States, plus Albania, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, French Guiana, Georgia, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Réunion, San Marino, Switzerland and TurkeyExclusions: Employees of KILLSTAR, its group companies, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. KILLSTAR reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

4. Entry Period: The Promotion opens at 12:01 AM BST on 30 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM BST on 6 October 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.

5. How to Enter: 

To enter, participants must: Download or open the official KILLSTAR Mobile Application on iOS or Android. Log into an existing KILLSTAR account or register a new KILLSTAR account inside the app. Save at least one (1) item to their in-app wishlist by tapping the heart (❤️) icon during the Entry Period.

Wishlists created, updated, or saved on killstar.com via desktop or mobile web browsers do NOT qualify as valid entries. Strictly limited to one (1) entry per person. Registering multiple KILLSTAR accounts using different email addresses to gain extra entries is prohibited. No purchase is necessary to enter.

6. Marketing Communications: Entering the Promotion does not automatically subscribe an entrant to receive KILLSTAR marketing communications. Entrants may separately choose to opt into marketing updates when creating their account or in their account preferences. Choosing not to subscribe, or subsequently unsubscribing, will not affect an entrant’s eligibility to participate or win. Personal data will be processed strictly in accordance with KILLSTAR’s Privacy Policy.

7. Prize: There will be one (1) winner in each eligible market (US, UK, EU). The prize consists of a digital KILLSTAR Gift Card equal to the total retail value of items saved on the winner's in-app wishlist at the time of drawing, up to a maximum regional cap:

US: One (1) digital gift card up to $1,000 USD

UK: One (1) digital gift card up to £1,000 GBP

EU: One (1) digital gift card up to €1,000 EUR

Prize Restrictions: If the winner's in-app wishlist value is less than $1,000 / £1,000 / €1,000, the gift card issued will equal the exact calculated total value of their saved items. No remaining cash balance or credit will be awarded.

If the wishlist value exceeds $1,000 / £1,000 / €1,000, the gift card will be capped at the maximum regional value of $1,000 / £1,000 / €1,000.

Wishlists do not reserve stock. Stock availability is not guaranteed.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Digital gift cards issued for this promotion must be redeemed within six (6) months of issue.

8. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random for each eligible market (US, UK, EU) from all valid in-app entries received during the Entry Period. The random selection will be conducted using a fair and auditable random selection process following the close of the Promotion Period.

9. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by the KILLSTAR Customer Experience (CX) team via the registered email address associated with their account on or before 12 October 2026. Following initial contact and verification, the CX team will issue and share the winner's digital gift card code via email. KILLSTAR reserves the right to verify winner identity and eligibility. If a selected winner is found to have created multiple accounts to enter, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to acknowledge the CX team's email within 72 hours of notification, KILLSTAR reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner.

10. Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with KILLSTAR’s Privacy Policy. Information required to administer the Promotion may be processed for managing entries, selecting and contacting winners, verifying eligibility, and fulfilling prizes.

11. Disqualification: KILLSTAR reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions, attempted to manipulate the Promotion, used automated means to enter, or submitted fraudulent information.

12. Changes to the Promotion: KILLSTAR reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control or where required by law.

13. Social Media & App Platform Disclaimer: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), or TikTok. By participating, entrants release all mentioned platforms from any liability related to the Promotion.

14. Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are subject to the mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable in the entrant’s country or territory of residence.
