"The bag itself is nice and looks good, but the attachment for the strap is poorly designed. It is held in place by a thread that is only about 3 mm long. If the attachment is not constantly held, it rotates and gradually unscrews itself. During the very first use, it came loose completely and the entire bag fell to the ground. It's a shame, because the bag is attractive, but the way the strap is attached is really disappointing."
"This bag was even more incredible than I imagined. It can hold a decent amount of stuff, and the zipper is super heavy duty so I don't have to worry about breaking it. Careful thought was made for zipper placement so I never have to fight it to get the purse closed. I'm so glad I finally got my hands on this purse. Definitely looking forward to wearing it during my next cardiology appointment."

Killstar has not helped me in any way. this is the first time this has ever happened with an order from Killstar and its disheartening how they are handling it. Pun intended"

"This bag is sick! Received many compliments on it while in NYC for Rocky Horror. Hard exterior is durable and easy to clean. Inside is generous and more easily accessible than you’d think with the wrap around zipper. Had no problem stashing my phone and other evening out essentials."
"The bag is gorgeous, but not functional. The hardware that attaches the hook to the bag is not secure. As the bag spins from normal use, it unscrews. The screw is not secured properly to function. Just walking a few feet, with the bag strapped to my body for the first time, the hardware detached, leaving the strap on me but the bag falling to the ground. I would not trust it to stay together in actual use. Not sure if just my bag was faulty our if it’s an overall design flaw. Customer service suggested it was my fault for dropping the bag and offered no solution."
