I have sensory issues and don't like velvet. I also have animals and it is going to be a pet hair nightmare. The zipper is stiff and catches in places and I'm probably going to change the pull because I don't like crosses. Religious trauma. Shipping was a nightmare all around and there was a lot of blame pushing and lack of accountability. The fact that return costs are on the buyer creates an added hassle, so I will be keeping the bag. Over all, this was a poor experience for my first time shopping with the company. One star docked for the product itself. The second for the company handling and lack of accountability/transparency with shipping delays."
