Nice but straps are a scratchy

"The design is super cool, and it has a big capacity being smaller than I thought. The bad part is the straps, they aren't soft so when they move against my skin, it feels like sandpaper. I had to buy another strap to swap this and feel comfortable wearing the bag."

"It took longer than expected to arrive and I didnt even receive the confirmation email until two days before it shipped to me. Upon getting the bag one of the clips kept detatching. Ive had to superglue it in place but overall the bag itself is lovely and I'm sure my experience is due to the change in supplier country"
